APACER TECHNOLOGY INC.(hereinafter referred to "Apacer") warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship within the product warranty duration. Subject to the conditions and limitations set forth below, Apacer will, at its option, either repair or replace any part of its products that prove defective by reason of improper workmanship or materials. Repaired parts or replacement products will be provided by Apacer on an exchange basis, and will be either new or refurbished to be functionally equivalent to new. This warranty does not cover marred cabinets or any damage to this product that results from accident, abuse, misuse, lightening, fire, water, natural or personal disaster, or any unauthorized disassembly, repair, or modification.

Apacer Digital Audio Player product line is covered by this warranty for one year.
Discontinued products not listed in the warranty are no longer covered as their warranty has expired.
*: Product life has indicated the life cycle of product. When Apacer product is End-Of-Life in the market, Apacer will announce the discontinued product on Apacer website as the termination of product lifetime.

Apacer have direct service center in Thailand. Thailand User can have direct warranty service in Thailand direct service center.
This warranty covers only repair or replacement of defective Apacer products, as provided above. Apacer is not liable for, and does not cover under warranty, any costs associated with servicing and/or the installation of Apacer products. Apacer will not discontinue support of its products, nor obsolete its products, as long as there are component materials available in the marketplace and reasonable customer demand for the products. In case to have above condition, Customer agrees that Apacer delivers a similar product in return.

This warranty does not cover if the serial number is removed or tampered by anyone other than Apacer, and this service is only available within the local country due to import/export requirements.
RMA process is for warranty replacement/repair of defective product only. To refund or receive a credit for your product, please return it to the shop/store from which it was purchased.
Apacer does its best to be accurate but occasionally mistakes do occur. Apacer is not responsible for any typographical, photographic or technical errors. Apacer will try to advise you of any such errors affecting you via email confirmation when you place your order. The Product must be used with devices that conform to the recommended industry standards. Apacer will not be liable for damages resulting from a third party device that causes the Product to fail.
